Deadline for all performance and informance applications: June 30, 2021

For your performance/informance application, please have ready:

  • Your NAfME member ID number
  • Performance/Informance information
    • Short description of performance theme or informance topic, sample repertoire, etc.
    • A more detailed description of your performance/informance for the selection committee to consider. Discuss the pertinence and suitability and why your topic would be an important addition to the MMEA Midwinter Clinic.
    • Bio(s) for the presenter(s)
    • Target audience with which your session most aligns with
    • Intended learning outcomes for your session
    • How your session addresses diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Equipment/facility needs
  • Sponsorship information (if applicable)
  • Additional media
    • For performances, two audio recordings of contrasting style (recorded anytime within the past two years)
    • For informances, a teaching demonstration video (preferred) and/or a PDF of a lesson plan

    • Session title
    • Short description
    • A more detailed description of your session for the selection committee to consider. Discuss the pertinence and suitability and why your topic would be an important addition to the MMEA Midwinter Clinic.
    • Bio(s) for the presenter(s)
    • Target audience with which your session most aligns with
    • Length of session (“traditional” 50-60 minute or “skinny” 20-25 minute session)
    • Intended learning outcomes for your session
    • How your session addresses diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Equipment/facility needs
  • Sponsorship information (if applicable)
