All-State is NEXT WEEK – Fri 2/15 & Sat 2/16.


Ticket prices go UP Sat, Feb 9th. Purchase tickets now from Minnesota Orchestra box office!


ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN FEB 15th:

WHAT TO BRING:

  • BRING A FOLDING STAND for All-State rehearsals.
  • Your instrument and your music.
  • STRINGS bring mutes, extra strings. LOW STRINGS bring rockstops, stools. PERCUSSION Bring all mallets and sticks, BRASS bring mutes and valve oil, WINDS bring extra reeds. IF APPLICABLE bring additional instruments (piccolo, english horn, A clarinet, low clarinet etc)
  • You are responsible for valuables (cell phone, tablet, wallet, purse)


FRIDAY MEAL/FOOD:

  • Box sandwich meals Fri late afternoon. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, and dairy free options. All meals nut and shellfish free. If concerned about cross-contamination, bring your own food!

CONCERT DRESS –  CONCERT BLACK:

  • Top: Black button-up shirt or blouse. Tie optional  
  • Bottom: Dress pants or skirt (knee length or longer).  
  • Black dress is fine (knee length or longer).  
  • Black shoes.


ORCHESTRA HALL CONCERT:  

  • Concert 2pm at Orchestra Hall, Sat 2/16
  • Concert order is Orchestra, Concert Band, Symphonic Band.
  • Orchestra report at 1:30pm.

LOCATIONS

Performance will take place at Orchestra Hall. Check-in and rehearsal locations will be nearby in downtown Minneapolis. Everything should be connected via skyway.
