Middle Level Festivals

MMEA will sponsor the sixteenth annual series of Junior High/Middle School Festivals for bands and choirs during the spring of 2012.

Each festival site will host several performing groups from the surrounding areas. Each participating group will be given 20-30 minutes to perform musical selections of their choice. Guest clinicians will evaluate each performance and work with the students and their teachers throughout the day. These festivals are intended to provide a memorable and non-competitive musical experience and an opportunity to learn, share and observe.
