These scales will be used for the 2008 auditions. A subset of scales will be posted approximately 2-4 weeks prior to auditions.

2008 ALL-STATE EXCERPTS: STRING AUDITIONS ( PDF)

Students will be judged on accuracy (pitch, rhythm, tempo, articulation, dynamics, style for the period and so forth). Bowings and fingerings in the parts are suggested and may be modified.
