2008 All-State Registration Forms and Deadlines

Students who were selected for the All-State ensembles must return the following to their high school director no later than Wednesday, May 14th.

Registration Form (Choirs, Orchestra, Concert and Symphonic Band)
Registration Form (Jazz Band)
Health Information Form (all students)
Payment Information (all students)

Scholarship Applications - Robert P. Schmitt Scholarship Fund
A limited number of partial scholarships are available ($325 per student). In the past, we have only been able to fund approximately half of the scholarship requests, so students and families should also seek other sources of funding. The Scholarship Application forms are below. Scholarship applications must be received by the MMEA office no later than May 23, 2008, and should be turned in to the high school director with other registration materials.
