In this challenging time of budget crisis and the back to basics movement, we must take thoughtful, bold steps to invest in our children’s future. The help of monetary donations ensure that more students are able to receive scholarship funding for All-State, and that other MMEA programs and projects can continue to function at their highest level.

The MMEA Foundation
The MMEA Foundation was established in late 1997 with an initial contribution of $78,000, and has since grown to over $125,000 through the generosity of our members, retirees and affiliated organizations. The Foundation provided over $45,000 in grant money for music education professional development and advocacy in the past 15 years.
The MMEA All-State Scholarship Fund
The MMEA Scholarship Fund assists students who would not have otherwise been able to attend All-State camp, and have already invested significant time in individual practice, participated in their school music ensembles, and have been selected through a competitive audition process. Over the years, MMEA’s All-State program has grown to lead programs from around the country through its in-depth, high-quality educational experience for students.
If you would like to contribute to MMEA, send your tax-deductible donation to MMEA, 6120 Earle Brown Drive, Suite 215, Brooklyn Center, MN 55430. The MMEA Foundation is managed by the Minnesota Community Foundation.
